Render out a finished cut, or take the underlying clips into Premiere or Resolve. Your license covers both.
One year and one year Pro include the editor, Spearhead Scout, Spearhead Studio, Spearhead Social and the iPhone app, with projects shared between them. The six month plan includes the iPhone app. On a shorter plan, move up to a one year plan to add the editor.
